  • Reducing stigma around mental and sexual health.

Impact

Matthew says, his work as a speaker is about mental fitness and leadership capability. His mission is to instill psychological literacy in such a way that encourages clearer thinking, better decision-making and more effective behaviour in stressful situations. Matthew is no stranger to this situation, either. Instead of talking about understanding yourself as the source, his talks stress regulation and responsibility, as well as practical skills for leading, for performance and for relating to others effectively in high-stress places. Audiences take home usable principles, the language to understand it, and a much clearer comprehension of how stress, emotion, and behaviour intertwine in real life. The emphasis is on cultivating mental steadiness, decreasing impulse and reducing our reactivity and building leadership capacity that is grounded, responsible and enduring.
